SAN DIEGO-Cushman & Wakefield has closed a new lease deal for a retail space in San Diego. Sugar and Spice has leased the retail space measuring 1,000 square feet at 2820 University Ave. in North Park for $113,536.
The property is owned by University Utah LLC. Sugar and Spice will use the space for skin care spa. David Strauss and JP Sutro with Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
