DALLAS-Osaka, Japan-based Daikin AC (Americas) Inc. has added a distribution space measuring 33,600 square feet at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and extended its North American headquarters lease in Carrollton. With the new lease, Daikin now has 113,593 square feet at 1100 N. 28th Ave.
The air-conditioning firm has extended its lease for 26,646 square feet at 1645 Wallace Drive for another three years. Hughes Commercial, CB Richard Ellis Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. were involved in the deals. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
