LEWISVILLE, TX-DOcean Investments LLC has purchased a 2.47-acre parcel within the Riverview Industrial Development in Lewisville. The land, located south of State Highway 121 and the southeast corner of Jubilee Lane and Riverview Drive, is zoned for heavy industrial development.
DOcean Investments purchased the site from West Dixon Holdings LLC. It has plans to develop an industrial facility on the acreage. The new facility will be completed in 2012. Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Brokerage helped the investor in the deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
