NEW YORK CITY-Greenwich, Connecticut-based Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust has leased 11,000 square feet of office space at 400 Park Ave. from Waterman Interests. The firm will occupy a full floor at the 270,000 square-foot office building at 54th Street.
Waterman purchased the 400 Park Ave. property in 2010 for $35 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, and CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to New York Post.
