AURORA, IL-Indianapolis-based hhgregg Inc. has leased 247,360 square feet at 2176 Diehl Road in the west suburb for distribution center. The company has leased the space in the 363,375-square-foot warehouse in Aurora from Atlanta-based Industrial Developments International.
The electronic retailer is the first tenant in the IDI-owned building, which is part of Prairie Point West. Colliers International represented the tenant, and CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
