FORT MYERS, FL-J.L. Wallace Inc. has finished building a new J.P. Morgan Chase Bank at 21331 S. Tamiami Trail in Estero. The company demolished a restaurant building and constructed a new 4,279-square-foot building with drive-thru banking garage.
BDG Architects provided architectural design services and Morris-Depew Associates provided engineering services. Four J.P. Morgan Chase Banks are under construction on Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral, Lockwood Ridge Road in Sarasota, Pine Ridge Road in Naples and Peachland Boulevard in Port Charlotte.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
