NEW YORK CITY-LUKOIL North America is relocating its headquarters from Long Island to Fifth Avenue in midtown. The Russian oil giant has subleased 10,400 square feet of space in the CIT Building at 505 Fifth Ave. for 10 years.
The company has subleased the ninth-floor space from CIT Group Inc. Asking rent was $65 per square foot. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis, and the landlord was represented by Newmark Knight Frank. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
