ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has brokered two new office leases totaling 2,210 square feet in Orlando. Sunshine Limousine and Sedan Service of Orlando has signed a 1,830-square-foot lease in the South Park Business Center at 8600 Commodity Circle in south Orlando with Miami-based South Park, LLC.
In another deal, Roman Realty, LLC has inked a 380-square-foot lease in Orlando Central Park at 6900 South Orange Blossom Trail with Orlando-based Rene Mestdagh Revocable Trust. NAI Realvest represented the landlords in both deals.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
