NASHVILLE-Creative Artists Agency is relocating its Nashville office to downtown from West End Avenue. The talent agency has inked a long-term lease for 23,000 square feet of space at the SunTrust Plaza located next to the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
The company will move to the entire top-floor space of the high-rise building in the fall. Richard Fulton and Shane Douglas of Colliers International represented CAA, while Eakin Partners Commercial Real Estate was represented by Tom Harwell in the lease transaction.
