ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Feldman Equities Inc. has closed two lease deals totaling 3,032 square feet at City Center in St. Petersburg. 4Points Dental Designs has signed a lease for 1,731 square feet and Public Resources Advisory Group Inc. has signed a lease for 1,301 square feet at City Center.
