KANSAS CITY, KS-Wagner Industries Inc., a third-party logistics provider based in North Kansas City, has signed a lease for four years with Prime Investments Inc. for an industrial facility spanning 180,000 square feet at 845 and 901 Armourdale Parkway in Kansas City. The company has leased the facility for a new customer.
