WASHINGTON, DC-A partnership has sold a pair of office buildings totaling 635,000 square feet at Waterfront Station to USAA Real Estate Co. The two 8-story buildings, at 1101 Fourth St. SW and 1100 Fourth St. SW, were sold for $356 million or about $560.60 per square foot.
The partnership, known as Waterfront Associates, includes Vornado/Charles E. Smith, Bresler & Reiner Inc. and Forest City Washington. Cassidy Turley brokers negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
