IRVING, TX-California-based Yardi Solutions has leased 45,000 square feet of office space at 4040 Royal Lane near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Irving for a customer support center. The firm has leased the space from Houston-based Richland Investments.
The software firm will move to the new location in July. CB Richard Ellis' Baron Aldrine, Mike Clearly, Mike Kay, Peter Danna and Steve Rigby represented the tenant, while Hudson Peters Commercial's Cincha Kostman and Michelle Hudson represented the owner in the deal.
