EVERETT, WA-A subsidiary of Honolulu-based Alexander & Baldwin Inc. has purchased the Union Bank office complex measuring 84,100 square feet in Everett for an amount of $10.9 million. The company purchased the complex using a 1031 exchange from the Federal Deposit Insurance Co.
