TAMPA, FL-Regency Centers, an owner, developer and operator of community and grocery-anchored shopping centers, has signed a retail lease in Tampa. Great Clips has leased a retail space measuring 838 square feet at Town Square Center, a 44,380-square-foot shopping center at 112 Westshore Blvd.
