JACKSONVILLE, FL-HJB Construction Inc., a contractor based in South Carolina, has received building permit from the city of Jacksonville to construct a new Family Dollar store at 1282 Kings Road in Northwest Jacksonville. The $345,000 store will measure 9,180 square feet.
