TAMPA, FL-Plano, Texas-based Jasmine Investments, LLC has purchased Canterbury Lane Apartments, a garden apartment community consisting of 320 units in Tampa, for an amount of $4.1 million. The multifamily property was sold by First Market Properties, LLC.
