BALTIMORE-San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, the company that manages B&O American Brasserie and the 202-room Hotel Monaco Baltimore, has completed its planned acquisition of the structure that houses the hotel and restaurant. Kimpton Hospitality Partners II has bought the building for about $33 million.

The Baltimore hotel acquisition is the fourth property deal for Kimpton's KHP II Fund. The building was previously owned by Baltimore and Charles Associates. The deal was sanctioned by U.S. Bankruptcy Court. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
