DALLAS-Saratoga, California-based MMeadows Crossing LLC has purchased a North Dallas apartment complex consisting of 322 units for an undisclosed price. The company has bought McCallum Crossing located at 7720 McCallum Blvd. in Dallas from Newport News, Virginia-based Texas McCallum Crossing Partners Ltd.
The apartment complex, built in 1985, features 16 double-bedroom apartments and 306 single-bedroom apartments. Peter Hartnett and George Deuillet III with Hendricks & Partners negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
