FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. has negotiated two lease deals totaling 3,106 square feet in North Bay Village and Coral Springs. D'Bella Pasta and Pizza has signed a five-year lease with Lexi Development Company, Inc. for 1,343 square feet at the Shoppes at the Lexi at 1700 Kennedy Causeway.
