PALM CITY, FL-Regency Centers has closed a lease deal for a retail space in Palm City. AT&T franchise USA Wireless has signed a lease for the retail space measuring 1,600 square feet at Martin Downs Village Center, a shopping center spanning 112,500 square feet at 3030 S.W. Martin Downs Blvd.
