DENVER-Beverly, Massachusetts-based Brookwood Financial Partners LLC has purchased an office building spanning 234,423 square feet at 10065 E. Harvard Ave. in Denver from Foster City, California-based Legacy Partners for $16.2 million. The nine-story Denver Highlands building was previously known as Legacy Highlands.

The building, constructed in 1985, is situated near South Parker Road and South Havana Street. Frederick Ross of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller in the deal. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. will manage the leasing at the building. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
