MILWAUKEE-Two projects have been proposed for renovating the historic Loyalty Building on North Broadway in downtown Milwaukee into a new hotel and make space for Downtown Books. Rosemont, Illinois-based First Hospitality Group Inc. bought the Loyalty Building situated on the northwest corner of East Michigan Street and Broadway in March with plans to turn the building into a 128-room hotel.
