CHICAGO-An investment firm has recently purchased the old Lakeview headquarters of Recycled Paper Greetings Inc. An affiliate of Northfield-based JSM Venture Inc. acquired the two structures at 3636-38 N. Broadway St. last month for $5.7 million.
A nearby parking lot was also included in the deal. The property was sold by a venture led by Philip Friedmann and Michael Keiser, the previous founders of Recycled Paper. JSM has plans to turn the buildings into a self-storage facility. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
