HOUSTON-Hines, a developer based in Houston, is planning to construct an apartment building in Uptown. The multifamily project will come up on three acres of land in the trail of the Galleria mall, Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park and the Williams Tower.

Alan Patton of Hines said that the complex will have six to eight stories containing nearly 300 units. He also added that the company plant to start construction in Q1 2012. Hines bought the property from Turnberry Houston Tower. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
