PARSIPPANY, NJ- Jones Lang LaSalle completed two major leases at the three-story class A Halsey Corporate Center at 90 East Halsey Road in the township. Medical technology firm Stryker Corp. has signed for 3,500 square feet and commodity trading advisor MSR Investments agreed to 1,400 square feet here, JLL says.

In addition, Blue Sky Data Corp. has extended its current lease to 3,300 square feet in the building. “Halsey Corporate Center provides tenants with superb amenities in a prime location that is easily accessible for their employees,” says JLL EVP Dennis McConnell, who represented landlord TMT Halsey Road, in a statement. “Demonstrating a growing trend, Stryker and MSR took advantage of the availability of pre-built units that meet their unique requirements. Currently, the entire 35,584-square-foot second floor is available, along with pre-built units on the first floor, offering similar flexibility for tenants at competitive rates.”

No rates were given in-time for deadline to GlobeSt.com, but LoopNet lists the asking rent for the building as $23 per square foot. Current asking rents for office space in the area range from $11 per square foot to $29.50 per square foot. Halsey Corporate Center has immediate access to Routes 287, 80 and 46.
