LAKELAND, FL-Lakeland-based Hauger-Bunch, Inc. has closed an industrial lease for a period of one year in Mulberry. Far South Equipment, Inc. of Mulberry has leased the industrial property, which contains a 20,260-square-foot warehouse at 2360 Old Highway 60, from Michael G. Feduccia of Florida Maintenance and Construction, Inc.
