ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has brokered a new lease deal for an industrial space in Orlando. SOA, Inc., d/b/a The Source Athletics, Inc. has leased the industrial space measuring 6,618 square feet at Suite 200 in the Goldenrod CommerCenter at 1468 N. Goldenrod Road in East Orlando.
SOA, which subleases 4,382 square feet at Goldenrod, will move to the larger suite. The property is owned by Maitland-based COP-Goldenrod, LLC. Michael Heidrich with NAI Realvest represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
