HOUSTON- CB Richard Ellis' Rich Pancioli has completed two lease deals on behalf of the tenants in an office building located at 1225 North Loop West. In the first deal, CGI Technologies has extended its lease for 3,512 square feet. In the second deal, Kelly S. Matthews LLC has increased its leasing space to 4,332 square feet.
