LANHAM, MD-A joint venture between Heitman LLC based in Chicago and NexCore Group based in Denver has purchased the Doctors Community Hospital medical building in Lanham, Maryland, for $23 million. The Class A medical office building measuring 64,261 square feet is located at 8116 Good Luck Road.
