HOUSTON-John F. Charleston Trust of 1998 has bought the Jack in the Box building measuring 2,036 square feet for $1.1 million. Mulvaney Financial based in San Diego was the seller of the property located at 2709 Reed Road close to Texas 288.
In the deal, Pegasus Investments' Matt Waterman negotiated on behalf of the buyer, while San Diego-based Mark Swerling of Voit Real Estate Services' Mark Swerling negotiated on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
