PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-Ocenco Inc. has acquired an industrial building measuring 32,000 square feet in Pleasant Prairie for $1.3 million. The property is located at 8201 100th Street in the Lakeview Corporate Park. PPG Industries Inc. was the seller of the building.
