OCONOMOWOC, WI-The owner of a retail building located in Oconomowoc has inked two new leases. The building measuring 15,000 square feet is situated at 124 E. Wisconsin Avenue. Studios Etc. has signed a lease for 1,000 square feet and The Roots Coffee Bar and Cafe leased 3,000 square foot.
