WALLINGFORD, CT-The owners of the old Mortgage Lenders Network headquarters on Leigus Road in Wallingford have secured a second tenant. Kansas City-based Burns & McDonnell has inked a lease for 7.5 years for about 28,000 square feet at the complex.
The leased space will serve as the New England regional office for Burns & McDonnell. Last fall, Connecticut-based Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield announced its plan to lease 217,000 square feet in the complex. For the full story, go to Hartford Courant .
