SAN DIEGO-Davidson Communities has purchased a land at The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe. The company has bought the last development parcel to construct 43 homes along with golf course and canyon views.
Bassenian/Lagoni Architects has drawn plans for the development. The property will have single- and two-story homes.
