ORLANDO-The Rosen Group, Inc. has retained Orlando-based Equity Investment Services to handle the leasing assignments at its two shopping centers anchored by Publix. The properties are Springhill Commons located in Gainesville and Harbor Oaks Plaza situated in Clearwater.
At present, Equity Investment Services handles the leasing of Rosen's Southchase Shopping Center, a Publix-anchored center in Orlando. The company's Nathan R. Cutchin and Matthew D.
