DALLAS-Jones Lang LaSalle has closed two industrial leases totaling 249,982 square feet in the Dallas area. PPG Architectural Finishes has leased an industrial space measuring 147,216 square feet in the 121 Lakepointe Crossing building at 2525 E. State Highway 121 in Lewisville.
In another deal, Chick Packaging Group has leased 102,766 square feet at 204 Airline Drive in Coppell. Jones Lang LaSalle, Stream Realty and CB Richard Ellis were involved in the lease transactions. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
