MINNEAPOLIS-Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble Co. has expanded its space at 33 South Sixth Street in downtown Minneapolis. The company has inked a lease renewal and expansion deal for 21,000 square feet at the 1.2-million-square-foot office tower at 33 S. Sixth St.
The office tower is owned by Brookfield Properties. Tad Jellison of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, and Jon Dahl, also of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
