HOUSTON-Redstone Cos. of Houston has unveiled its plans to construct a hotel and additional residences or office space in the Galleria area. The company will construct a lifestyle hotel along with fitness and spa components similar to The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa at 111 N. Post Oak Lane.
The new hotel will contain 150 to 250 rooms. A joint venture between Stream Realty Partners LP and Redstone has already started construction of 318,000-square-foot office building on Post Oak. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
