NEW YORK CITY-Richard Meier & Partners has inked an early lease renewal deal for 18,500 square feet of space at 475 10th Avenue. The company has renewed its lease for 10 years with the Adler Group.
Richard Meier will occupy the sixth-floor space of the building. The asking rent for the space was $30 per square foot. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Harly Stevens and Jim Robbins from CB Richard Ellis, while the landlord had in-house representation.
