BRADENTON, FL- Andover Real Estate Partners based in Florida and Atlas Real Estate Partners based in New York, which have a business name "Sawgrass Cove Apartments, LLC", have purchased the Sawgrass Cove Apartments located at 4801 47th Ave. West in Bradenton for $23 million.
The 342,880-square-foot apartment complex comprises 21 two-floor garden-style buildings with 336 apartments. Hendricks & Partners' Cole Whitaker and Hal Warren negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller, Equity Residential based in Chicago. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
