PIQUA, OH-Woodgate Apartments, a 48-unit apartment complex at 1433 Covington Ave. in Piqua, has been sold for $1.03 million. Thomas and Jacqueline Manson have sold the complex to an undisclosed limited liability company.
Woodgate Apartments, which was completely occupied at closing, is a single-story complex consisting of 46 single-bedroom units and 2 double-bedroom units.
