NEW YORK CITY-Il Valentino, an Italian restaurant located at 330 E. 56th St., is relocating First Avenue. The restaurant has leased 2,000 square feet of space at 1076 First Ave. situated between 58th and 59th streets for a new eatery.
Il Valentino has leased the space for 15 years. Gary and Rick Dana from Dana Commercial Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman represented both the tenant and the landlord in the deal. Adam Kramer from Dana Commercial Group also worked on the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
