NEW YORK CITY-TD Bank is expanding its operations in Manhattan. The bank has leased more than 4,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor that will allow development of a four-story glass box.
TD Bank has leased the space at 201 E. 57th St. The bank will pay $1.22 million or $300 per square foot as initial rent. Cushman & Wakefield represented the bank, and CB Richard Ellis represented Marx Realty & Improvement Co. in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
