WICHITA, KS-Huntersville, North Carolina-based American Tire Distributors Inc. has inked a long-term lease for the old Unilever Foodsolutions building spanning 113,000 square feet at 5015 S. Water Circle in south Wichita. Blue Dog LLC is the owner of the Unilever building.
