AUSTIN, TX-The Kucera Cos. has negotiated a lease expansion deal in Austin. Clockwork Solutions Inc. has leased an additional office space measuring 1,335 square feet at Canyon at Wild Basin located at 115 Wild Basin Road.
With the new lease, Clockwork Solutions' total square footage has reached to 7,998 square feet. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Doug Thomas from Live Oak Gottesman, and the landlord was represented by David Stojanik from The Kucera Cos.
