
ARLINGTON, VA-Herndon-based Crimson Partners has formed a joint venture with Rockville-based Washington Real Estate Investment Trust to finance a 15-unit apartment development in Arlington. The $43.5-million project will be located on the opposite side of Ballston Common Mall.
The joint venture recently bought the development site measuring 37,000 square feet at the corner of North Carlin Springs Road and North Glebe Road. Construction will start in Q2 2012 and will be completed at mid-2013. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
