PHOENIX-Highland Equity Partners LLC, H3T Capital Partners Inc. and Jason Pollack of Boston have purchased Highland Gardens, a 161-unit apartment complex at 4728 N. 15th St. in the Camelback Corridor of Phoenix, from 4728 Camelback LLC for $5.3 million. The gated community traded for approximately $33,000 per unit.
