JACKSONVILLE, FL-King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International has brokered an industrial lease in Jacksonville. Kaman Aerospace Corporation has inked a multiyear lease with Industrial Park Development Corp. for 100,800 square feet of industrial space at 780 Whittaker Road.
Kaman will relocate to the 280,000-square-foot industrial building in August 2011. Jeff Graham with King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
