PFLUGERVILLE, TX-Orlando-based Macquarie CNL Global Income Trust Inc. has acquired a distribution center measuring 51,189 square feet in Pflugerville, for an amount of $4.6 million. The building is fully occupied by FedEx Ground Package System Inc.
The distribution center sits on 12 acres of land near Austin. It is bounded by industrial facilities and retailers and is close to airports.
